Frame Guarantee

At Martin Reynolds Opticians we are proud to supply high quality, high fashion products. Our frames are made to a high standard mainly in Italy, France, Austria or Japan. The frames we supply come with a two year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Frame Fitting Guarantee

Though out the lifetime of any frames or sunglasses purchased at our practice we will adjust them to fit at no extra charge.

Varifocal Guarantee

Although good quality varifocals are easy to adapt to there may be occasions where a wearer is unable to adapt to these types of lenses. It is for these cases that we have the varifocal guarantee promise. This promise demonstrates our continued dedication to service and to encourage and reinforce your confidence in the varifocal lenses we recommend.

At Martin Reynolds Opticians you are free to try your varifocals for up to 30 days. If on the rare chance you do not get on with the lenses we will swap the lenses in the frame for alternative lenses and refund any difference in cost. 

Crizal Sapphire UV Guarantee

Crizal Sapphire UV is a durable, very hard-wearing coating which resists scratches. Due to the toughness of the coating we are able to offer you a two year no-quibble guarantee against any scratches. Should the lenses scratch simply bring them back and we will order you a replacement pair straight away.

Anti-reflection coated lenses Guarantee

At Martin Reynolds Opticians all our anti-reflection coated lenses come with a 2 year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
