Bring your eyewear with you! Tell us what you like/dislike about your current eyewear so we can help you to find a style and fit you are happy with. |

If you wear contact lenses in the day and you are booked in for a contact lens check up - please try to wear your lenses. OrthoK wearers please bring your lenses with you to the appointment - obviously you do not need to wear your lenses in the day - show offs! :) |

If you take any medication. Please bring a list with you as some may affect your eyes. |
- If you have certain tasks/hobbies that require detailed focus please measure the distance from your eye to the task so we can prescribe accurately.
- If you are booked in for a contact lens trial try to wear as little makeup around the eyes as possible.
Parking:
Blue badge holders can park in front of the practice for ease of access.
Parking is available in front of the practice for 30 mins only but please check the restrictions.
Short term parking is available at the Link Road car park which is a 4 minute walk from the practice, or the new Northgate End car park. The Waitrose car park is also very close. Simply park your car, walk through Florence Walk, turn left and we are the second building on the left. If you do park in Waitrose a store purchase is required and there is a maximum stay limit.
