As lockdown restrictions are being eased across the UK, there has been no indication from each UK nation’s health and government bodies of plans to step down infection prevention and control procedures (IPC) in primary or secondary healthcare settings in the coming months.
What we are doing to reduce the risk - updated 01/04/22

In readiness for your examination please can you bring with you the following:
- Your current spectacles (if applicable)
- Contact lenses should be worn to the appointment if you are a wearer. Please bring a spare pair if you wear daily disposables.
- A list of medication (if applicable)
- If you have certain tasks/hobbies that require detailed focus please measure the distance from your eye to the task so we can prescribe accurately.
- If you are booked in for a contact lens trial try to wear as little makeup around the eyes as possible.
Parking:
Blue badge holders can park in front of the practice for ease of access.
Parking is available in front of the practice for 30 mins only but please check the restrictions.
Short term parking is available at the Causeway car park (CM23 2EL) which is a 3 minute walk from the practice. The Waitrose car park is also very close. Simply park your car, walk through Florence Walk, turn left and we are the second building on the left. If you do park in Waitrose a store purchase is required and there is a maximum stay limit.
